Renters Rights Advice

Tenants in Torbay are entitled to guidance on their rights under the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, with an official Information Sheet that must be provided by landlords to tenants who rent in the private sector. Landlords have a legal obligation to provide this leaflet to their tenants. Note – this applies to tenancies in the private rental sector only.
