Face-to-Face Advice
Drop-in for people in Torquay, Paignton and Brixham
We hold drop-in advice sessions at our Paignton office on Mondays and Thursdays, between 9:30 and 12:00. This is when you can meet an adviser for a face to face consultation without an appointment. There may be limited availability to see an adviser at these times, so these advice sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore please be prepared to wait for some time in our reception area before seeing someone.
Our address is 29 Palace Avenue, Paignton TQ3 3EQ. The entrance to our office is on Tower Road, behind Palace Avenue – if you stand next to the old Tower we are just across the road to the right.
When you visit us please bring all the documents and information that could be relevant to your issue. List of useful items to bring along.
There is no free parking nearby, and note that you may need 2 – 3 hours parking if you come to drop-in as we cannot provide accurate predications for how long you may need to wait.
